Drone After-Sales Service Policy

1. Warranty Period
Our drones come with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

2. Warranty Coverage

Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Malfunctions of the drone's core components (e.g., motors, flight controller, GPS module).

Battery defects (if applicable, within the first 6 months).

Not Covered:

Damage caused by improper use, crashes, or accidents.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., propellers).

Damage due to exposure to extreme environments (e.g., water, fire, or extreme temperatures).

Loss or theft of the drone.

3. Repair Services

If your drone requires repair, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the drone to our designated service center with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

Repairs will be completed within 10-15 business days upon receipt of the drone.

4. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For issues outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. A cost estimate will be provided before any work begins.

5. Replacement Policy
If a defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the drone or its defective components with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
